Remember the first time you ever played a tube amp?  Remember how it felt?  You know the feeling the amp has when it is cranked to 11.  That is what the Toneuator does.  It gives you that feeling, minus the volume.

The LA Custom Electric "Toneuator" has the impedance curve of a speaker.  What we've found with most attenuators is, they don't respond like a speaker cabinet responds.  The Toneuator makes your amp feel like it is connected to a speaker cabinet.

The Tonuator is designed to syphon off power from your power amp.   It lets the sweet pushed power amp goodness come through your speakers at a reasonable volume.  That will keep the front row and your band mates happy.   

There are two versions of the Toneuator, on board and independent.  The on board version replaces your speaker cabinet jack plate with the Toneuator jack plate.  This way you plug directly into the attenuation on the back of your cab.  Attenuation levels are 0, -6dB, and -9dB.  The independent version of the Toneuator plugs in between your amp and cab.  The attenuation is the same level as the on board version, and it comes in a very cool little package.
